1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of services provided by MetaMotion™ Clinic (hereafter “the Clinic”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By booking an appointment, logging into our portals, or otherwise using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
The Clinic provides gait and movement assessments, sensor-based analysis, 3D gait capture, rehabilitation programmes and consultations (“Services”). Details of individual services, pricing, and conditions are set out on our Services pages and in our booking policies.
3. Appointments and Booking
- 3.1 You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking.
- 3.2 We may require a deposit or full payment prior to certain services.
- 3.3 Cancellations and rescheduling must comply with our policy – changes must be made at least 3 hours before your appointment.
- 3.4 We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking if information provided is false or misleading.
4. Fees and Payment
- 4.1 Our fee schedule is published on the Services page and may be updated from time to time.
- 4.2 All fees are payable in Saudi riyals (SAR) unless otherwise specified.
- 4.3 If you choose to pay and claim reimbursement from an insurer, you are responsible for all claim steps.
5. Use of Reports and Services
- 5.1 Assessment reports, data and advice are for your personal use; you must not reproduce, distribute or publish them without our written consent.
- 5.2 We provide no guarantee of specific clinical outcomes; our services are evidence-based but results vary by individual.
- 5.3 You must comply with any instructions given by your clinician or therapist to maximise the benefit of the assessment.
6. Data and Privacy
- 6.1 We collect, use and process personal and health-related data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
- 6.2 You consent to our use of your data for provision of Services, administrative purposes, quality assurance, and where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Clinic, its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, materials, assessment reports and machine-readable data remain our intellectual property. You may use them solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Riyadh courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date”. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
